Monday: Morning Yoga & Fresh fruit smoothie

Monday is the first day of the week. The amazing weekend we had is over and it’s time to get back to work, errands, and demands. Wake up thirty minutes earlier on Monday morning and prepare yourself for this busy day. Forget about the long day that is ahead of you. Do some stretches or yoga for 10 minutes. Sit alone in a quiet place, close your eyes and meditate for five minutes. When your mind and body are relaxed, take 5 minutes to chop some fresh fruits. Take another 5 minutes to prepare an energizing smoothie. Take 5 minutes to sit and slowly sip it.


Tuesday: Eat a veggie sandwich. You can find a recipe for one that is out of this world.


Wednesday: A piece of chocolate or a cookie to treat yourself for making it halfway through the week




Thursday: Ask a family member for a scalp massage. Wash your hair with an all-natural shampoo and conditioner with relaxing, heavenly scents.


Friday: Give your hands and feet a luxurious spa treatment at home. Manicure & Pedicure


Saturday: Go for a walk in a park or botanical garden and admire the beauty of nature.


Sunday: Have some afternoon tea or coffee in your fine china, read a good book and relax in a quiet, peaceful setting such as the family room, the patio, or in a warm, bubble bath.
