No matter who you are or where you are, you are a miracle that happened to this earth and a blessing to your family. No matter what you have or how much you have, your life is a gift. Every moment in life is a chance of happiness. You can embrace every one of these happy moments by learning to love yourself.

Living in bliss is being able to come to terms with reality. Accept who you are, the way you are, and be thankful for it. Chances are that you are living like a queen. Many people in this world will never get to see the kinds of little luxuries you have and take for granted. Remember, it could always be worse, a lot worse.

In order to achieve bliss, you must develop an indestructible confidence, coupled with a strong sense of humility. Getting there will take practice. Your thoughts, words, and deeds must be in harmony.


Thoughts- Your criticism towards yourself should not form your frame of mind. You should think about your valuable traits and have a positive attitude towards yourself. Believe that you are amazing. When you look in the mirror, know that you are very beautiful. I will not say that you should learn to see yourself from the eyes of others. I am going to say that you should see yourself with the most compassionate and forgiving eyes.

Words- Every time you look in the mirror, tell yourself that you are beautiful. Say kind words to yourself. Make a list of the things that make you wonderful and repeat these things in your mind every day. Communicate with yourself in a positive way, especially when there is negativity towards you. This will convey your self-worth. This world is not perfect, and neither is life. So why should you be? Pick your battles wisely. Control the negative statements you make about yourself, and how often you say them. Don’t harass yourself about every little thing you are unhappy with. Every time you try something and do not meet your goals, tell yourself that it is okay. Learn from your mistakes. Try to do better next time. Life is about learning and growing.

Deeds- Be good to yourself. Constantly remind yourself about how competent you are. Don’t read this and forget about it. Come back to our cheerful website, and read these good words every day until you remember them by heart, and practice them on your own.

Small treats, a picnic in the park, or a trip to the beach can be a reward. Learn to love yourself, and then you will have self-worth. You are the only one in this world who will ever truly know the pain you feel, or the battles you fight each day, so become your most supportive friend. There is nothing wrong with having a friend or loved one to confide in, but it is very important to be empathetic towards yourself. If you know that you have a lot of stress and nothing is going right, then do not make it worse by being mean to yourself about the small blemish on your face nobody even sees. Smile at yourself when you look in the mirror. Always remember, that in order to be kind to others, you must learn to be kind to yourself.

Walk with your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground. Think very highly of yourself, but never look down on others.  Remain humble at heart.
